If you would like to become parts of Curtin Musicians, we offers our registered members the benefits of:

• Getting access to exclusive event performance opportunities at events such as Open Mic, O-day stall, Club Carnival, and more.

• Getting access to other club's weekly events such as Food Gathering, Music Quiz, and Music Workshop.

• Having access to our Discord member-only channel where you can make song suggestions, advertise your music, finding performing opportunities, getting updates on special events, and joining exclusive forums

2025 membership updates

As we are changing and renewing our leaderships, as well as experimenting around with events, servers, and managements, we would like to be transparent in communication with our members as much as possible. We hence would like to offer our membership FREE of charge.

After you have registered for membership, we will get from you: 
   + Curtin Student Guild required membership register information, this WILL include all of:
     - Your Full Name
     - Your registered Email Address
     - (If you register for Curtin student/staff membership) Your Curtin ID, and
     - Your membership status, type, and registered/expiring dates.
   + Preferred/optional/non-compulsory information that you have chosen to declare during registration, this MAY include and is not limited to all of:
     - Your preferred names/nicknames 
     - Your gender(s) and pronounce(s) 
     - Your date of birth 
     - Your personal mobile/home/work, as well as emergency contact number(s)
     - Your residential/postal address(es)
     - Your Occupation/passion, along with any additional information that you chose to declare during registration (ETC)

As Curtin Musicians' members, you will get from us:
     - Access to special on campus events* **
     - Access to our Discord member-only channels and forums***
     * As some events requires that you are a Curtin student or at least a local resident for physical attendance purposes, some other requires Curtin Guild 's verification and sponsorship, others also requires payments that need membership identification for legal purposes
     ** Events will be shown on
        - The club main website
        - This Discord server's EVENT tab
        - Announcement on our Facebook and Instagram
     *** Our Discord server is a public domain that can be accessed by the public via invitation or website access link. We however acknowledge that our discord server also falls under Curtin Guild's monitored student safe place agreements, we want to keep the integrity, accessibility, and identification of all that has access to the server's activities for the safety and integrity for all. We hence require members to identify themselves by declaring their Full name and/or Curtin ID in for identification purposes

Please keep in mind that our contents visible and accessible via public domains and social media at this point is undergoing constant update. At the point of this announcement, all of crucial functionalities is completed. We are trying our best to finish up additional touches in order to provide the best experience possible for our members!
